No option for early check-in (we would’ve paid for early check-in and use of the pool before our usual check-in time, but that wasn’t an option, although we were told that when we called and that we could do early check-in and go to the pool so we arrived early, but had to sit in the lobby and wait ) there was an event so no shuffleboard that night as advertised usual Saturday line dance, which we would’ve been fun, room 202 was very nice, but the shower needed a tile grout, drain cleaning, the carpet at the front door of room was stained…..We liked all of the shampoos and lotions, etc., and the design of the rooms was fantastic, the staff was nice. Overall it was a good stay, we would go back.

It was very convenient having a restaurant on the hotel property, they were out of a lot of dishes and they close too early but the food was good. There’s a bar on the property but it closes the same time as the restaurant. Property and staff was all very nice. Everything is pretty much within walking distance.

Williams is a super cute town- in which the Trailborn is where to stay! Awesome vibes from the staff and the accommodations. The included breakfast was great with Gigi making this a very memorable morning :) Comfy beds, nice towels. Only wish they had an indoor option for the hot tub since we were traveling in Feb :) Highly recommend.

Room was clean, lots of activities for kids. Heated pool was a big hit with my 10 yo son. Down side hot tub was out of service. Breakfast was good the 1st day and 2nd day breakfast was limited. We didn’t have time to use the bikes on property but that was a nice addition to the property with all kid games and amenities for kids. Would stay here again if we go back to GC

This is a potentially great hotel! The staff are helpful and friendly. The amenities are fun. The room was good for the price, but the sink was stopped up. We did not deal with it because it was late by the time we realized. Also, the blinds did not work well. Again, we did not contact the staff, so I couldn’t tell you if they would have fixed these things if they were brought to their attention. The included continental breakfast was also potentially good, but there were not many options. For a small town, this was a good option.
