"There were many cheap coverups ie: caulk spread across bathroom floor and not cleaned up, paint drops on the floor. The ice machine room was absolutely disgusting. One of the “secure” doors was broken in the back of the building leaving it open at all times. Elevator got stuck. Handle to room so janky I exchanged keys twice before figuring out I had to pull the door hard towards me, scan key card, and push it down super hard multiple times before able to enter. "

"Staff was great. Room was clean. The recreational area near the bar was great. Pool table, board games, comfy seating, fire place. All well maintained. Bar was perfect. I love the layout of the rooms"

"Breakfast was good. I needed to have batteries replaced for the thermostat. I feel parking should have been included with the hotel stay instead of extra. The sleeping area was warm compared to the area where you can get ready. Our door was hard to open from the inside and was hard to get door to latch closed. Was not impressed for the money."

"Wasn’t a continental breakfast and extremely expensive for for what they offered. The quality was beneath a free breakfast. The bartender was horrible, first they didn’t have captain Morgan rum which is a standard in the bar industry, I stopped waiting after having two drinks that took hours to get. The bartender literally was on her phone sitting facing away from the bar. Lots of hidden fees like parking, etc. the property was nice but I wouldn’t go to that one again."

"As we pulled up it was confusing as to where to go or park or stop for valet. Once we figured it out I will say our valet nick was fantastic. Unfortunately that was the only thing fantastic. The place was absolutely packed for a derby event. Our fault for not checking that before. Not the hotels fault for having a successful event. But, I couldn’t even figure out where the front desk was. Finally found it, got to our room and it was pretty awful. Not clean, a balloon from a previous guest still suck up on the ceiling, TV hanging crooked on the wall, hair in the bathroom, and one k-cup for the morning. The remote wouldn’t turn down the TV and we could hear every word anyone said in the hallway and room next to us. We grabbed our bags and left and drove 3 hours back home. We had plans for the night but getting through that lobby and trying to come and go from there would have been a nightmare. Much easier to take the hit on the $$$ and cancel plans. We booked it for the motorcycle then after visiting the Harley Museum but in the future we’ll look in the Milwaukee burbs for a room."
