I never got to meet her in person but everyday Niocole came and left a nice message for us all on the whiteboard so we know they were keeping watch but nothing was needed. Gym and pool looked nice (although we didn't use it) I wasn't aware that there was a $10 per room charge for transaction costs and to maintain amenities. Most hotel chains don't charge additionally for that."
