2/10 Terrible

"I went and right when I got to the room the room smelled like weed it had roaches all on the balcony and the tv was not working at all there was crumbs all in the carpet, we called downstairs 3 times to let them know and they said don’t worry about it we will keep it noted so we will get our deposit back whole time once we checked out they kept our deposit and charged us a extra $200 and the breakfast was nasty and in the hall ways they have trash bags just laying everywhere around and there pool was so small like a kiddy pool 3ft, don’t trust the elevators feels like they going to fall, then if u want extra towels or blankets they will tell you yes and that they will bring them to you they never do, this has to be the worst hotel I stayed at so far I’m very disappointed !!!!"
