Hampton Inn & Suites Milwaukee Downtown
I find this hotel the best value and location for when I stay in Milwaukee for concerts. Close to the venues and near the Amtrak station. The rooms are sound proofed well. The included breakfast is a great deal too

Parking structure isn’t attached to the building so there’s a 0.5-1 block walk. You also have to pay $38/night.
