"It is located in a busy area; therefore, traffic was very noisy. One of their elevators was not in service. On a positive note, there are many restaurants within walking distance. Convenient to airport, free shuttle to airport."

"We recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately it did not meet our expectations. Upon arrival, the room had a strong smell of cleaning products mixed with dampness. After returning later and turning on the AC, a mouldy, wet odor became more noticeable. The room was very outdated. The furniture looked worn, the carpet appeared dirty, and the overall space did not match the photos online. While the bed was comfortable and clean, the exposed metal bed frame added to the dated feel. The bathroom was extremely cramped, with barely enough room to move. The layout made it difficult to use the space comfortably, and the fixtures felt old and hard to operate. The shower area was also very restrictive. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which we appreciated. However, the condition of the room and the mismatch with the advertised photos significantly impacted our stay. We would not stay here again."

"Advertised complimentary full breakfast when I reserved on Expedia. Was at this hotel before no problem. However, this not offered. Checked Expedia. Now it was a continental tap breakfast. Not offered!! They did have a breakfast to purchase ($14.00) Not sure who to blame, but I always use Expedia, not "

"The only negatives I have to mention are the rooms were old, the lock on the balcony was broken. I had to ask for my room to be cleaned 3 times.. the pillows sucked!"

"Beautiful place for younger adults. My parents are handicapped with walkers so they needed an accessible bathroom and a walk in shower. They don't have alot of rooms for the elderly. But everything else was beautiful."
