"I heard about the excellent staff before I booked and wow was I ever surprised. The staff are some of the best I’ve ever seen. The lady who served us in the concierge lounge was one of a kind. Some thing minor issues like outdated room. And our shower wasn’t the cleanest. La Ronde was an excellent experience (high price). Overall will be staying again. Thank you for everything "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. What wasn’t within walking distance was only a few minutes away in a cab. The staff were attentive and super helpful with whatever we needed. They even were able to accommodate us with no issue after our flight was bumped to the next day. The breakfast was full of a variety of hot and cold items…choice of juices was wonderful as well. "
