"Very friendly & helpful staff all around (front desk, doorman/porter/bell hop, housekeeping). Arrived before check-in time & front desk alerted me by txt msg as soon as room was available (~5hrs prior to official check-in time), and accommodated late check-out by up to 30min. Only blemish was I encountered (& exterminated) a very small cockroach in the bathroom during my stay. "

"A favorite when staying in the Upper West Side. The 1 train is a two block walk, and can get you anywhere you need to go. There’s a CVS next door for convenience, a grocery store down the street, and countless eateries within 1-2 blocks. Oh, and the beds are really comfy. :)"
