"Comfortable guesthouse in Watford, very friendly manager & owner. Short walk to Watford overground station. Bathroom was compact, hand basin too small. Other facilities included microwave and fridge in our room which was handy. I would happily return ☺️ "

"Ideal location for travelling in to Wembley. 10 mins from Watford junction by car. Ample parking space, food options on site but also good value for money carvery less than 5 mins away. Check in/out hassle free , staff warm and friendly. Room clean and well looked after. Paid in advance for breakfast which was well worth it. Plenty of options th choose from. All in all a comfortable and pretty seamless experience. Only downside was my team lost at Wembley. "

"Wow such an amazing place to stay, all the staff went above and beyond and were so friendly Room was very modern with everything we needs and was so comfortable having a child with autism can nearly always bring us challenges when staying away but he loved it settled in well - perfect for us was that he could log in to his own Netflix on the TV and chill for the night. Highly recommended place to stay and only a 5 min drive to Happy Potter Studios "
