Although I have stayed at 5 star hotels on several occasions, I was amazed by the standard of service of this hotel. Lovely hotel, fabulous location as close to many London attractions. Very friendly and welcoming staff

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

The Belgrave Hotel never lets us down. We have stayed here a few times over the past few years and it is always a great experience. The staff are all lovely and nothing is too much trouble for them, the rooms are spotlessly clean with everything you need for a break away and breakfast is spot on. From our arrival at the property we felt very welcome and comfortable. From Marks initial greeting on reception to all orher aspects of our stay we were extremely happy. This business , 52.years in the making with Marks father and uncle is a very slick family run outfit. All staff we encountered including chambermaids were exceptional. They could all not be more helpful and gave valuable information where needed about things like where to get the Uber boat from rather than walking to the City...

Small room but comfortable. No tea making equipment but it was provided when requested. No lift and quite a few stairs! Nice hotel.

Great hotel & great location

Terrific hotel! The room was very comfortable, with good quality bedding and towels. Everything impeccably clean. Staff very friendly and professional. Breakfast was a great bonus -- tasty and plentiful, with good options. Location is good, quite close to Victoria station, theatres, restaurants, etc. Will definitely stay here again!

What a beautiful hotel it is the staff are amazing , the rooms are very good, food is amazing . Amazing little touches in the room . Could not fault a thing me and the missus would definitely stay there again but with the family next time . Very very happy so thank you park plaza Victoria it was a pleasure

The hotel is very clean, and decorated tastefully. The entire staff tends to your needs with execellent customer service. And the location is set in a convenient location in a peaceful neighborhood.

Professional and personable check in and check out. The hotel is relatively basic, but very clean and well run. Larger room than expected and very quiet for central London. Will stay again.
