"Great hotel with beautiful scenery! Breakfast was wonderful, along with the evening entertainment. Staff were all very friendly and ready to help. The hotel is new and is conveniently located near a bus-boat stop within walking distance which takes you directly through the Grand Canale. Would stay here again and highly recommend!"

"Excellent Location, very close to saint Marco Plaza, very clean , the Breakfast is very Good , Coffee Machine is the best, the bar make the best Peach Beeline ,Bar tender Mickelle, know how to make Excellent cocktails , he was Fabulous . My room have Beautiful view , to the canal & Gondola ,Beautiful Hotel I, high recommend. Agost 2026"

"Wonderful Service. A large busy hotel but feels intimate as the staff are always at hand and helpful with a smile. Really enjoyed the sky bar and pool experience. Using the hotel shuttle was convenient and easy. Will definitely be staying again. Loved my stay . I had 2 rooms for 5 of us in the family. The stars of the show were the staff - service at its best. They are a credit to Venice and to Hilton !"

"Fantastic location in Venice Murano away from crazy main island. Water bus is right in front of the hotel. So convenient to go out and come back. Hotel is beautiful outside and inside. Room is very spacious and comfortable. Hidden gem in Venice area! Highly recommend to everyone who visits Venice."

"The room was excellent and very clean; it was cleaned every day. Everyone was very helpful and assisted us with any questions we had. Check-out was at 11:00 AM, but they were very kind and let us leave our luggage at the hotel until it was time to head to the airport."
