"Clean and well kept property. Pricey but it’s downtown so it’s expected. Very safe location, rooms were cleaned daily and new towels provided. Pool area also clean. Vending machine, ice maker, gym and also a washer and dryer to use if needed (although I didn’t use it) it’s always a good to have amenity. Overall will recommend. "

"Staff were super great, good nearby was good. However, room wasn't as cleas as we'd like. Bed was good, bit bathroom had red smear (blood maybe) on the wall, black in the grout of the shower l, and shower was squeaking indicating poor adhesive. Pool was also a let down. Cold pool (not heated) and hot tub was extremely chlorined. It wasn't clear at booking that parking was additional costs, but it does make sense given the area. Parkade does need work though! Ripping concrete damaging tires, dump area in front of your car where they dump old mattresses. We'll be trying somewhere else on our next trip. "

"Mar 2026 There is some construction right outside the hotel so it makes it slightly more difficult to enter on one-way streets at the moment. In terms of the actual hotel, it is convenient to the subway and is pretty central. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are friendly. "

"Cost-effective spot in a great location in Downtown Vancouver. Staff is attentive and helpful. My room was basic but it was all I needed to refresh, sleep well, and use as a great "home base" to explore downtown Vancouver. The building itself is old and dated, but everything is functional and more than serviceable."
