1. Waited for an hour at airport despite letting the front desk know our arrival timing. 2. Driver past by is with out stopping. 3. No body picked up our phone in between 11.50 to 12.30 AM. 4. Complimentary coffee machine is out of order. 5. Wash room was chocked. 6. Coffee machine inside room was dirty. 7. Room was not clean and maintained properly. 8. Management hasn’t responded. 9. Only some support from front deaf and room service.
