"The person at the reception was so hostile. He totally refused to accept the booking made on Hotels.com. He claimed only OYO bookings with 10 digits of confirmation will be accepted. Hotels.com was not contactable on their customer service number. OYO could not find my booking since it was booked through Hotels.com. Overall, a messed up booking and a total sham. Lost my booking amount and all trust on Hotels.com and OYO teams. "

"We were turned away from the OYO hotel. We were told that they do not accept reservations from foreign guests. We showed them our booking information, passports, and visas but they said it was “against their rules”. This took about 2 hrs of discussion before we decided we were not going to be able to stay there. We had to make arrangements to stay at another hotel last night. I am still waiting to receive a full refund from Hotels.com."
