12 months since my last visit and the staff are even better than I remember. Arriving 2am you might except the “night” staff welcome but no smiling faces and helpful staff. An potentially inconvenient but necessary overnight stay was turned into an unexpectedly enjoyable experience, all because of the most incredibly enthusiastic and responsive staff that I have ever come across. I was not sure how we would locate the shuttle from the airport, so I sent a text message before leaving Bangalore. The place was very clean and only a 10-15min taxi ride from the airport. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. This is a really good place to stop before catching a flight from Chennai airport

It was a 1 night stay, but a great experience. The hotel is in a good location next to a shopping center and many local restaurants around. We got a good deal in price. Has 5 star quality. Lunch was excellent. But breakfast was ok. Friendliness of staff, very professional. Would like to visit again.

Staff were excellent including Duty Manager. Room was clean, restaurant was good, roof bar had excellent ambience, housekeeping were prompt in service and when I needed help with car for the day, the Duty Manager went out of his way to help us despite a car not being readily available.

I spent a night at the hotel Radha Regent whilst on a personal visit to Chennai with my family.
