"Beautiful property and very clean. The staff is amazing, Zoe at the front desk was very helpful with local recommendations and explaining the accommodations. The breakfast buffet has a lot of variety and is very tasty. I highly recommend staying here."

"The hotel looks a bit old from the outside but in the inside it’s all new and well maintained. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
Beds are firm and comfortable. Room is dark in the morning and 0 noise, the location is ideal to go visit the zoo. Breakfast buffet has a lot of options to choose from."

"I loved the breakfast buffet and the old look it gave. However, the receptionist never told me what floor I was on or where the breakfast was and my room had a bad smell with the ac not working well:/"

"Advertised as a private room but was actually a dorm (same story reported by other travelers). Sheets instead of curtains. Told off for talking at 11pm. Noisy repairs underway from 7am. Floors never swept, tables sticky. Gave the property 3 days notice I would be leaving early but they still refused even a partial refund for the remaining nights, leaving me hundreds of dollars out of pocket. Absolute money grubbing. Stay away."

First time staying in a Conrad - and it was very luxurious indeed (tv in the bathroom, walk in wardrobe etc.). On first glance it seems like there isn't much else around the hotel, but across the road there is a large-ish park and about 5-10 mins walk away is Sanlitun Village which has some excellent restaurants (e.g. 1949, Restaurant Rouge) and bars. Overall, very pleased with the hotel rooms and location. Only point for improvement - extend the free wifi to rooms (not just in the lobby).

We had a great Chinese New Year experience at this wonderful hotel. The staff were polite and attentive and particularly kind to our 2 young sons. The maid (sorry that I didn't catch her name, she worked on 74th floor during our stay) was so lovely to our 2 boys, made such a fuss of them and even put their teddies in bed cuddling when she came to make our room up which the children loved and we really appreciated. The rooms are beautifully decorated, the bed comfy, the bathroom huge. Lots on...

Stayed there as part of honeymoon staff extremely helpful and friendly ! Allowed us check in early and given us a nice room , plenty food for breakfast the dining hall is spacious and bright. Overall me and my newly wed husband Andy are very impressed with everything . Location wise walking distance to Temple of Heaven , TianAnMen Square Forbidden City ...we walked everywhere. Will definitely return and recommend friends and family.

I have been staying at this Landmark hotel in Beijing for many years - each time I was on business trip in Beijing China. The staff of the hotel was very helpful, polite , the breakfast choices were excellent, the self service dinners were delicious, it is the best 4 star hotel in Beijing in terms of quality , price, service that I could find. The location of the hotel is so convenient for the public transport . I do recommend this hotel for all travellers for business purposes. Thanks for the...

Lovely little hostel in a centrally located Hutong. Just around the corner from a convenience store, and subway is <5 mins walk. Comfortable bed, clean and well kept throughout. Breakfast was fabulous, though a little on the pricey side (would recommend they introduce a discounted coffee & breakfast plan). Common area/cafe is the best part - filled with plants, flowers, soft music, and couches. A great place to chill.
