as a 4 people family with small child, I can say it was very good hotel with size of the room and accessible to underground and food centre in shopping malls. the shower was very good, hotel breakfast was incredible reception staff was amazing and helpful, they helped people to book a taxi and translate everything from chines to English. there is a good size swimming pool and was clean room service was very reliable and fast. totally I would recommended this hotel for long or short stay...

The hotel was amazing and so was the buffet there were so many nice options for food.the pool was a bit to shallow but overall it was really good.the shower was a bit confusing.

Great hotel, a bit far away from the city centre but you can always get a DiDi taxi quickly. Room was always cleaned well and staff were all friendly and helpful. The facilities for the gym and pool where all great too

4 minutes walk to subway, doesn't look impressive from the outside, but inside all you need and more. Beautiful and inviting reception with mega bookshelf and comfortable reading space, nice room with all the amenities you'll need. Dining area with various options for breakfast, which btw was delicious.

Just back from the Prime hotel Beijing and what an amazing stay, the room was very comfortable and had all the amenities you would expect from at 4/5 star hotel, the hotel was very close to the main shopping street - Wangfujing street and a tube stoop is just over the road. The onsite restaurant was very nice, it’s Vietnamese and was reasonably priced. The lobby bar was welcoming and the beer selection ok - tip: try the cake just outside the lobby bar. Overall a really great stay.

We stayed at this hotel for one night on 22nd February before a flight back to the UK the next day. We booked 2 twin rooms as we are a family of 4 with 2 children aged 6 and 11, with the plan that each parent would share with one child if no adjoining rooms were available. Great location. It's only two blocks from Wangfujing main shopping street. The hotel is new and great facilities. The services at front desk was great. Speedy check in and check out.

First time staying in a Conrad - and it was very luxurious indeed (tv in the bathroom, walk in wardrobe etc.). On first glance it seems like there isn't much else around the hotel, but across the road there is a large-ish park and about 5-10 mins walk away is Sanlitun Village which has some excellent restaurants (e.g. 1949, Restaurant Rouge) and bars. Overall, very pleased with the hotel rooms and location. Only point for improvement - extend the free wifi to rooms (not just in the lobby).

The rooms at this hotel are fantastic. Every room is a suite and all controls are on I pads. We were staying for our third wedding anniversary trip and they had a lovely cake and card signed by the staff waiting for us. We had two dinners (the French and Chinese restaurants) and breakfast in the hotel. Excellent service and facilities in keeping with the Waldorf Astoria brand . The family was well looked after by the attentive staff and we had the opportunity to partake in the Michelin star restaurant facilities.

The location is amazing, hotel is very unique and contains all you’d need - razors toothbrush slippers everything! The staff are amazing and so kind helpful with everything! We would stay again 100% as a family of 3 and really wish a special thanks to the hosts!

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Nice size rooms, good shower and great value for money. A little out of the way but taxis and the metro are reasonably priced. Would definitely stay away. Good restaurants within a few minutes walk.

As most people have said, not the easiest to find so top tip, find the East entrance with the big "798" above it that frequently appears on the news (photo uploaded to help). When facing that from the outside, the hotel is about 400metres left with the entrance down the side road. Disappointingly, we booked it because the site states "airport shuttle" but that's a myth, I'm afraid. They did offer to transport us for RMB (YUAN)400.....how kind !
