I had a couple of bad experiences this time. 1) The person in the downstairs salon was rather rude, laughing at me when I gave her my coupon for a drink as if since I wasn't paying, that I shouldn't get service. 2) Beijing was experiencing unusually warm weather and the rooms were unbearably hot. When I asked them to fix the air con in my room they said the whole hotel had no air con as they had turned it off. I slept really poorly for two nights because of this. That is not acceptable. They should have offered fans at reception when I checked in. "
