"If the very cheap breakfast extra charge seems too good to be true, it's because it is too good to be true. We went downstairs after 8 AM and there was no breakfast to be seem nor any staff. This is more of an airbnb style location than a hotel. "Tedious and infuriating. Check in - hard work. Then woken up hours later as they hadn’t done it properly. Asked for a taxi to the airport - apparently no can do! No taxi? Maybe you do yourself sir!!!!! No! Aren’t any! I’ve never been anywhere in the world where this is an issue. It took 2 hours! Restaurant - clueless. It took an hour for them to realise we might be in the restaurant for food! I wish I was joking. Literally no idea why we might be there! Other hotel amenities are extortionate...

"Beautiful hotel. Really close that you can walk from airport. That only thing is that all temple are about 50 minutes away.if you go on business it’s ok but if you go visit the city take it on mine to spend on Ubers or taxis."

"I spent one night at the courts before my departure from Beijing. I thought I was going to be staying at a high-end hotel. While the building itself is nice. The air-conditioning in my room did not work and it was incredibly hot. Some of the light switches did not function in the staff was mediocre. I tried to use the pool, but they require a pool cap they provide them for $10 USD overall my experience was lackluster. I will not be back."

"The accommodation is not exactly what it looks like the photos. It was difficult to find in a back street car park. The room was very dusty and there was rubbish around the bed when we arrived. The airport shuttle advertised doesn’t exist so bear this in mind. The breakfast that is included was bread and egg. No fresh fruit and yogurt like you’d expect. Both mornings we stayed there were staff knocking on the door before 8am to check if we wanted breakfast. The second morning a lady let herself in to my room at 7:10am frightening my children. I think this was the cleaner after speaking to reception staff. The reception staff were very difficult to speak to. Fortunately we only slept without spending long periods of time here as it’s not what I was expecting. On the plus side the boss took my family to the train station after raising the issue of no free airport shuttle as advertised."
