Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Cheap - you get what you pay for!!

The room was dirty, (toe nail clippings on the floor by the bed) cold (radiator was never more than luke warm) - the beds were very, very hard. the en-suite bathroom had a window into the main room! One complain I would have is for Hotels.com the print out of the booking needs to also be available in the language of the country being visited - the reception staff could not read it - resulting it taking over an hour to get booked in when we got there!

6/10 Okay

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
