Some of the staff were incredibly professional and helpful, others seemed absolutely bothered. We left after our first night and had bites to our exposed skin for the rest of our time in Shanghai, which we believe must have come from the hotel. Location is ok but not nearly as convenient as others on Nanjing Road or the the Bun. "
