We enjoyed our stay. Great staff and service. Very clean and a good dinner buffet. The hotel is a bit of a hike uphill. HOTEL LA VIGNE HAKUBA by Onko Chishin
Very clean, modern hotel with excellent service from the staff. The hotel shuttle to the ski areas in Hakuba was very convenient. The hotel shuttle even picked us up when we were shopping in town and could not catch an Uber or Taxi. The service was exceptional.

We stayed for one night. The staff provided excellent service, although they don't speak English well. The room was spacious and clean.
