A stunning traditional colonial style property and our room was huge (we got the large one with the balcony). Everything was clean and the staff were amazing - always friendly and approachable and ready to help. They took great care of us even up to the last moment when we were leaving and ensured all our luggage was transported to the taxi without us lifting a finger. The staff is incredibly friendly and supportive. The location is nice, you are in 2min in the middle of Getsemaní and in 10min in the city centre. Everything was clean and fully functioning. The breakfast is lovely!

What a fabulous stay. All the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful and Cristian especially was such a gem. Nothing was too much trouble. Great rooftop area with views of the castle. The hotel is just beautifully decorated and rooms big, cool and comfortable. Excellent location, would highly recommend.

Hotel was in one of the most attractive streets in Cartagena, close to a lovely square with good but inexpensive restaurants. We ate in several and could not fault any. 3 Banderas is in an ideal spot. It had heaps of character and the staff were sooo helpful!

Having two pools inside was special. The breakfast on offer was very good and it also had a great location.

La Gran Via offered me a relaxing atmosphere on arriving Cartagena. The view was exceptional. The beach vibe and the coastal feel was quite immersive. The staff are quite friendly, courteous, and did address any concerns I had during my stay. The hotel was quite clean and well maintained and the breakfast had a lot of excellent options, adding a delightful culinary experience to the stay. In all - I will be visiting again as I enjoyed my stay here

Very nice stay and helpful staff

Isla Baru is an amazing area - and the thoughtful & friendly staff here made us feel at home. It's a special place. Would highly recommend the excursions on offer to Mangroves (which is really a tour of the local area of the island in general ie more than just mangroves & rosario. On Saturdays the bar/club on the other side of the bay attracts party boats, which are loud. So when we revisit we will probably avoid saturdays. mon-sundays is idylllic. We had a wonderful time.
