"Amazing! I was a bit nervous because it was my first time in Cartagena. The area is a quiet beach zone about 15 min from Boca Grande. Staff was amazing! greeted us so professionally. Escorted us to our room and took the time to answer questions. The Infiniti pool on the 15th floor is AMAZING. Sandy and George at the front desk were so nice. I can't wait to go back "

"I booked this apartment because it had laundry facilities. It did not. Also, my guests arrived after 10 PM and weren’t allowed to check in. That was very frustrating. One of my guests arrived at 10:13 PM and they wouldn’t allow the guest to check in. The guest was stuck in traffic."

"Special shout out to SAIRA at the front desk excellent customer service. This condo was beautiful it has a 360 view of the ocean and the naval , the castles the yachts the entire Cartagena view . Apt. Was clean that only negative I can say about this apt was that there was cockroaches!!!!! So I had to leave the bathroom , living room and even the walk in closet on because if I turn it off cockroaches came out . They were small ones but still . I stayed a whole week and I probably killed 6...

We were even able to check in early morning after flying the redeye. Great location, safe and walkable Close to the nightlife in Getsemani. Nice little view of the wall and a rooftop pool. "The property is in a great location. However the pictures up the apartment is a combination of multiple apartments and was misleading. Additionally the apartment is on the fourth floor with no elevator. Finally as it’s right at the entrance it is very noisy. Performers were still going strong at 3 in the morning "
