Upon arrival, we waited over 40 minutes to check in while the two front desk agents managed a backlog of unhappy guests dealing with unexpected fees. These additional charges should be transparently included in prepaid totals to avoid such surprises. Furthermore, the room lacked proper noise insulation; we were kept awake by neighbors until nearly 3:00 am. On a positive note, the breakfast selection was good (though the 6:00 am start time is inconvenient for early travelers) and the hourly airport shuttle was a helpful perk."
