"Good day. I am writing because we had a flood in our room. They came and fixed it but our clothes and personal stuff were all wet. It was leaking all day. No one from the staff came and asked us if everything was ok. It was just brushed off. No offers for another room or anything. Highly disappointed. I would write anything but when we first arrived there was jack hammering going in in the construction and we were on the 2nd floor. It seemed like a nightmare from the beginning. I enjoyed my stay in London but not at the hotel. I just survived breast cancer and this was my cancer free vacation. I hope you can make this right. Sincerely Rachael Hettinger. No follow up or apology from staff. Would probably stay again, but would go elsewhere if costs/location were equal. "

"Yes Breakfast was great, plenty of options. Rooms were cleaned and prompt response when we requested something. I think for the price we pay, it would be nice to have easy access to a simple cup of water, or complimentary cup of tea or coffee free of charge in the lobby."
