"Everything's good. Except that the glassware in the bathroom is too fragile. I barely touched it and it broke. And the hotel made me pay for it. 100baht is fine, but it's the principle behind this. I didn't break it on purpose and I barely touched the glassware. But the staff did not care about my explanation."

"Breakfast buffet was the same throughout the week 99% Gym was a ok. Wet sauna not working but the dry sauna was great. Staff at the lobby helping customers were very helpful and polite. Our housekeeping forget to double check if the body wash bottle were empty or not, we were out of it for two days. Location wise it’s great access. Breakfast buffet is 450 baht per person FYI "

"I had a truly wonderful stay at Hilton Garden Inn Riverside Bangkok during my solo trip. The hotel is perfectly located along the river, offering peaceful views while still being close to ICONSIAM and key attractions in Bangkok. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The riverside setting made mornings and evenings especially beautiful. She handled my check-in seamlessly and went above and beyond to help organize my temple and floating market excursions.
