"No hot water no clear signs went to the pool most of the gates was locked had to walk around water rides was an extra $25 rooms are a long walk to lobby and to pools everyone rides passed you on golf cart no one offers help or a lift and again no hot water for 2 days crazy had to take shower freezing water no clear signs for towels for pool adult pool was hard to find kids were there witch I don't mind but the adult pool there was something in the water biting me was some black bug and they were everywhere had to walk all the way to other pools"

"It was okay, they seem to have a insect problem here though. decent pool nothing crazy. average at best. Room was nice and spacious and the bathtub was walk in so that's a plus. the place gets the job done for average. no late check outs no courtesy's here as well you will be charged a bit for an extra hour so i advise anyone traveling not to do it."
