"We enjoyed our 4-day stay at Beverly Laurel Hotel. Our room was clean and included a mini fridge and microwave. We enjoyed cooling off in the pool and relaxing on the pool deck in the lounge chairs. The hotel is walking distance to the Farmer's Market and the Grove as well as many great restaurants. We had dinner and breakfast at the diner next door which was delicious and affordable. The hotel provides valet parking but we parked on the street in our daughter's neighborhood which was an easy walk and allowed on weekends. We plan to stay here again next time we visit LA."

"The hotel is very clean and comfortable. And The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near the walk of fame which is also where the Dolby theater is (Hollywood Oscars and premieres) and a lot of the city tour buses are located there. If you’re a tourist or a first time visitor, I would highly recommend this hotel."

"They had. While music video blocking the parking lot and was unable to park at location. The room had 3 dirty towels with no wash clothes."

"The restaurant food is subperb the hotel is quaint private easy access and comfortable but again hotels.com false advertises late check out and upgrades to gold members because all the LA trips, San Diego and LV trips the past few months and others previously not once have those options been available!!!"

"We chose not to eat the breakfast only because we had to leave. The room stayed cool, bed we actually pretty comfortable. Cleean room and felt safe. The parking was tricky "

"Super clean, but soooo basic. The "Deluxe King Suite" I booked was a white box with no furniture except for the bed and a cheap black table with a hard bench and 2 hard chairs. Ikea furniture would have been better. No wall decoration at all. All the picture on the website show couches and chairs, desks and coffee tables and interesting walls. This one had none of that. Only saving grace was that it was a 10 minute walk to the entrace of Runyon Canyon and I had a spectacular morning hike to the top without having to drive and hunt for parking. "

"I've stayed several times recently. It's not a 5 star hotel and not a five star crazy room rate. It's in the middle (kind the east end) of The Sunset Strip, The Whisky, Viper Room Rainbow Room (many may be out of business as is much of the city. Not large rooms but a room with 1 King is very pleasant and comfortable compared to the total lack of similarly priced hotels in the area. The Hotel Room Tax (for all hotels is so high, it can make the total price significantly higher. That's goes for all hotels, just seems kinda a lot."
