"The bedskirt did not fit, it was short and revealed a torn and unkempt bed base. Quite off putting. The carpets looked good, but not clean. The shower handle that runs hot and cold fell out.. despite their attempts to fix it, it fell out again the curtains kept trailing off and had to be fixed. All this in a span and f 5 days. Not once was I asked to move to a different room to salvage the experience. On the other had the staff was mostly kind; especially the guards at the front. Avinash at the hair salon was lovely to work with - high level of emotional intelligence. I enjoyed the daily breakfast and live instrumental music, very soothing. "

"Lovely hotel and great service. Our flight was delayed so wanted to eat when we got there in the evening but restaurant was busy so had to order room service sadly. Apart from that it was enjoyable and a great location near airport. "
