"Unfortunately this hotel isnt for overseas trvellers Nai Mumbai is too far from Mumbai although it has a rail station you have to change 3 times. Apart from a couple of resteraunts there was nothing to do. "The food and F&B services are excellent. We did not get hospitality treatment from front office administration. There was mismatch in understanding. "This was my first OYO experience and I was very disappointed with this hotel and will never book OYO rooms henceforth. The room was so small that there was no place to move. It was completely occupied by the bed. AC suddenly stopped working in the midnight. "DISGUSTING. Dirty, dirty, dirty room. Splattered stuff on the walls, nasty mold smell, cracks in the walls, broken windows. Horrible.
