The staff were so very friendly and very professional and helpful but from there, it went downhill no hot water for a shower. The bed is hard as a rock. The dogs that are behind the hotel bark all night long, but the staff are wonderful if they would update the hotel, it would be wonderful.

Still hard to pass up

This is a quaint hotel with excellent central location. Unfortunately the room I like which is adjacent to the convenient and attractive lobby is run down a bit. One lamp without a bulbs for example. The bedding also can be improved.

The property is clean and convenient. But the tv imagen quality it was terrible. Not sufficient towels in the bathroom and the towels quality it was poorly and very short size. My goddess the pillows it was the worst I never ever seen in my life. It was very difficult to get sleep.

We always enjoy our stay here. The off site parking has always been included. This time they charged us $250 pesos tho. We will not do that again.

Could not park by the hotel to load/unload luggage as it is right on the square.Had to park at another hotel which was 4-5 blocks away and carry luggage from there.The rooms were quite large and we were in the centre of everything.

Great stay for the price!

Little room with the essentials! The only thing missing was a wash cloth so don’t forget yours or just buy one in the nearby stores. There’s no clothes hangers either. The AC is awesome! It is in the downtown/plaza area so it gets pretty loud really early. You are in the heart of the area. Just very convenient . At any rate I would still book this place again.
