The pools were well-maintained, and not too cold! Swimming with the turtles daily was a huge highlight. The resort is also close to several cenotes that you can visit. Many amenities to keep kids entertained, plus the great beach, will have us coming back. "

"Great staff. All very helpful and friendly. We stayed in the Family Selection with swim up. Family selection is the only way to go if you have kids. The rooms were clean. Included butler was awesome. Allowed you to book dinners at a la carte easily. Beach is good, but not amazing. Nice sand, but a little rocky walking out. Pools are nice. Food is pretty good for an all inclusive. Plenty of variety. Nobody got sick. We had a 13 year old and 9 year old. Kept them busy. Highly recommend. "
