"Few things were broken in room upon arrival, staff was good about it but still a pain to have to lean a box against the fridge to keep it closed. Big stain on mattress, sheets looked clean. Staff was really good but there was also a large group of teenagers running amok all night long, hotel is right beside ice rink so probably great for tournaments, however for us it was a massive inconvenience for my family of 4 trying to relax after a stressful medical appointment. Breakfast however was really good, plenty to pick from the buffet!"

"We checked in late last night at about 11:30 PM & the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly & welcoming. Right as we were wrapping up check-in, he was so sweet & brought up a little goodie bag with a couple of water bottles & some snacks. Definitely not a big deal, but it’s just the small things that were unexpected & was very much appreciated. What he didn’t know, was my daughter-in-law had just mentioned as we were pulling into the parking lot that we forgot to stop and grab her a couple of extra water bottles 😊 And this place definitely wins for the most comfortable beds out of any Best Western I’ve stayed at😁"

"Found the room clean and had everything need for a good stay...the staff was very friendly and helpful. It is a heritage building with an era of history and the lounge area has been set up in a colorful way which gives it character. For a one night rest at reasonable price it was worth it."

"No AC or fans, windows only open 1/4th of the way so minimal airflow and the air is stagnant. No minifridge, coolers, or ice, as well as no vending machines so you cannot get food or drink once the amenity store closes. Public bathroom and shower only, in minimally usable condition, and only one shower for male or female. Bus station closest is not frequented, so you have to walk 20 minutes to the train station for public transport, which does not have sidewalks for a majority of the distance. There’s a club downstairs that operates until 3 am and you can hear and feel the music or DJ speaking throughout the night. "

"The hosts are incredibly lovely and clearly take pride in the property. They are available from 3:00 p.m. to Midnight, so keep that window in mind for your arrival. We arrived at 4:00 p.m. and gave them a call; they answered right away and helped us get settled immediately. You can tell they are very trusted and professional. We actually made a mistake and accidentally booked a room that had a shared bathroom. Once we arrived and realized our error, the hosts were great about it. We decided to pay a bit extra to upgrade to a Private Suite instead. It was superb and all the best wishes,for them. Highly peaceful ✌️ and exclusive location and vibe. "
