"The hotel was wonderful, service excellent. My only complaint was the shuttle bus did not have a runner board to step up and down on when entering and exiting the shuttle. I twisted my knee getting out because the drop to the concrete was too far for my legs."

My husband who is legally blind discovered when he woke up he had been sleeping in blood that wasn't his on the sheeets"
