"I saw quite a few restaurants close by, easy in and out of parking lot to go which ever direction you needed. Staff wss friendly and acommodating if you needed anything. Close to ATT stadium, Ranger ballpark and Six Flags plus more. I would stay here again."

"My stay at this hotel in Arlington was very disappointing. First of all, the hallway and elevator had a strong, unpleasant smell the entire time we were there. The elevator itself also seemed old and a little run down. On our last morning, the time had just changed for daylight savings, and it caused us to wake up later than expected. My daughters and I were in the room freshening up and gathering our belongings so we could leave. While we were doing that, a hotel employee came to our door banging loudly and asked if we planned to stay another night. I told him no and explained that we were getting ready to leave. Shortly after that, the manager called the room asking the same thing and telling us it was time to get out. I explained that I had already told the employee we were on our way out and were in the middle of getting our things together. The manager was very rude and kept saying we needed to be out by 11:45, even though we had already told them we were leaving. It felt like we were being rushed out unnecessarily, especially considering the time change that morning. When I went downstairs to speak with the manager, I explained that I didn’t appreciate how we were being rushed and treated. Unfortunately, she still had a bad attitude and refused to return my deposit because she claimed we were late leaving the room. To make matters worse, the hotel also advertised breakfast, but the only thing available was coffee. Overall, the customer service was poor"

"The room was clean and spacious, and staff were very friendly and helpful. Ideal for visiting Arlington and a short drive to the stadiums."

"room looked old... even with the upgrade. app did not tell us it was under construction. elevators are painfully slow. room was fine.... but genuinely is not up to 4 star.. definitely a 3 star property. only positive... the ladies at the front counter were exceptional.... "

"“Full breakfast” consisted of watery powdered eggs, undercooked sausage one day, burnt the next, and no meat option at all the third day. Multiple bread options but no toaster, and when asked for one, staff rudely said “I don’t know what to tell you”. Milk jugs showed expired date, and when brought to staff attention, it was put into silver containers instead of being replaced. WiFi never worked so we were unable to use the tv or our phones, as building structure blocks 5g service as well. Pool was closed all but one day of our stay because the staff member that was there most days refused to open it due to “rain”. It rained the day before we got there but was sunny and hot for our entire stay. Pool was clear and didn’t require “cleaning” as stated. Housekeeping congregated in empty rooms and hung out all day while leaving full trash and linen bins up and down the hallway ALL day. It smelled terrible every time we tried to come back and forth to our room. Property is nice, room was cozy. Other than that, we didn’t get to use any of the amenities we paid for. Still waiting on corporate to follow up regarding some sort of compensation. I’m sure that won’t happen. Stay away from this place unless you just want a place to close your eyes for the night. "

"Rooms were nice and clean as was common areas. No ice on the floors. Had to go down to main floor for ice. Breakfast was decent but slow in coming out for refills on certain food. Overall it was a pleasant stay. "
