"The staff was great and this was a good option for a last minute stay in Dallas. The property is okay, but definitely dated. There was a stench of must in the hallway and the room itself definitely could use some updating. "

"They give you a “ credit “ of 18 dollars a day to use at the restaurant but if you do not use it apparently they still charge that to you on your credit card it also costs about 14 a day to park there and the room is filled with tons of mini bar items and if you touch any of it the charges go up more so be aware this place is even more expensive than advertised by atleast 40+ a night if you park there "

"My flight to Dallas was cancelled due to storm weather conditions and all flights being grounded in Chicago. The hotel would not let me cancel the room, even though I booked a room in their Chicago hotel. "
