The same pieces of popcorn, fabric strings, paper, and other debris remained on the carpets. Urine stain in the men’s gym bathroom remained for multiple days. The guest room we had seemed tended, but we had to ask for towels and amenities were not refilled after the room was made up after we requested service. I don’t know if they’re short of help or what, but it was very disappointing. "

"There was a spilled milk stain on the couch in our room. I pointed it out to the electrician who was working on the air in our room. He was very nice and got the air working and it was great for the 2 nights we were there. He also let the front desk know about the milk stain so we would not be charged a fee for that. The beds were nice and comfortable. We had a great relaxing stay!!"
