"The property was very good with two exceptions: 1. Expedia said the price quoted was all inclusive, but I was additionally charged for parking. 2. On Expedia’s website, I made a request that I would be a late arrival and would like late check out. Obviously this request didn’t make it to hotel, and they said they couldn’t because we’re swamped and that booked thru 3rd party."

"The hotel was wonderful, service excellent. My only complaint was the shuttle bus did not have a runner board to step up and down on when entering and exiting the shuttle. I twisted my knee getting out because the drop to the concrete was too far for my legs."

"The manager was rude. Id'd everyone in the vehichle which wasnt typical. Refused to come to the room and help with the lack of electricity to the refrigerator. Spoke to us like we were stupid. My husband who is legally blind discovered when he woke up he had been sleeping in blood that wasn't his on the sheeets"
