I found all staff including the shuttle bus driver to be very professional and polite at all times highly recommend staying at the hotel

Lovely hotel with pool, bar & restaurant. Standard rooms with two queens are comfy & suitable, but not massive, so don’t expect extra space. Decor is clean and pleasant & well maintained but I wouldn’t say it’s very modern. The pool area with sun beds is lovely. The hotel have plenty of beach towels which you can also borrow for your day at the beach. If you book including breakfast you get a voucher which entitles each guest to 1 drink and 1 breakfast entree. Any extras you pay for. ...

From walking in the door to leaving this hotel and staff went above and beyond nothing to much trouble and staff friendly room and hotel spotless and grounds amazing

Great location

Fantastic room, we were in the residence for our honeymoon and it felt like a home away from home. All the staff were super friendly and helpful, from taking us in the jeep to the waterfront, to helping us at 539

Our recent 2 night stay was a delight. Large, family suite catered to our every need. Friendly, attentive staff and nice 'unique' touches made this a great choice for our family break in Charleston. The beds were extremely comfortable and the pillows were some of the best I've ever had in a hotel. I will be sure to recommend this hotel to anyone I know visiting the city.

Staff and property excellent - lunch and breakfast menu could offer a little more options otherwise excellent

Lovely hotel in a great location. Rooms were clean, spacious and well maintained.

We had a lovely time at the Charleston Place, the decor is beautiful and the location is perfect for downtown eateries and shopping.
