"The room was small and not very clean. Everything is outdated. The toilet seat was loose and I couldn’t wait to leave. At 3:15 am there were children playing on the stairway."

"The entire property is ratty and rundown. The place needs a complete overhaul. Rust stains in the bathtub 🛀, cracked and chipped cement in the parking lot, breakfast was marginal, just not well kept up. Beds were comfortable but bathroom kind of worn out. "

"Staff was amazing — but they were very short staffed so the one person at the bar/restaurant (Dee) and the one person at the desk did the job of 3 people each!! Place is being renovated so not quite there yet but clean and good stay. And again incredible staff!!! "

"The Expedia map location was incorrect, and arriving at night left us on a dark road. But Google Maps took us to the correct location, a couple of minutes away. The staff was super nice and friendly, and everything was clean and well-kept. My only two complaints were that the hallway in which we stayed smelled of weed being smoked, and the guests in the room next door were playing music or video games very loudly and having relations very loudly in the evening. I had my teenage child with me, so it made things somewhat uncomfortable. When I called the front desk to ask for a different room, no one answered. It was only a one-night stay, so I did not pursue it further. The towels and washcloth supplied seemed old and needed to be refreshed"

"Room seemed new but cheap( Shower trim was already rusty)Body wash in shower was empty. When do you think I found that out. Front desk staff when checking in was great, nobody present at desk for check out so was not able to inform of soap being empty. Hopefully the housekeeper catches it for the next guest"
