Had a really clean and comfortable stay here in Santee. No pests, no issues at all—everything was well maintained and taken care of. The room was neat, and the bathroom was clean and in good condition. Really appreciate the housekeeping team for the great job on my room—you can tell they put in the effort. Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay. Would definitely come back.

First, I must share that the price was great and the place worked well for a one-night stay while traveling. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was working fine. The staff was pleasant, and there was ample parking. The Wi-Fi kept losing connection and was difficult to use. The continental breakfast was only adequate. For someone who doesn't drink coffee, the only other available beverage was hot water (no tea bags) or cold water. The waffle machine, which is my favorite part of these motel breakfasts, was not working properly.

Check-in was quick and easy, and the room was lovely. It was nice to have breakfast (with fresh fruit) made available in the morning. However, this is a large, 2-story motel. It is a more vintage venue and as an elder person I have this advice: If you cannot do stairs, please request a first-floor room. There is no elevator.

Pros: close to I-95, reasonably priced and the beds were very comfortable. Cons: the property is falling apart. Peeling paint in the room, curtains were falling down, rust on the doors, hair in the shower. You get what you pay for. It was fine for 1 night while passing through town, but in serious need of a remodel.
