The lady at the front desk told me they did not have the room I was after, until I showed her that it showed available on this app. She then said she’d have to clean it. I found it odd that the front desk person had to clean the room but she did I guess. I could only assume that the sheets and bedding were changed and the surfaces were wiped. "I was unable to enter this property even though I followed instructions stated that they will contact me with check in details on the day. I waited outside for over an hour. Leaving numerous messages with no luck. I contacted virtual assistant on hotels.com who also was unable to get any response from the hosts. So they happy to take my money yet I couldn’t enter this property. I travelled over 4 hours to get here and then was disappointed to have to book other accommodation 12 miles away, at...

"No one was available to let us in the room so we couldn’t stay there. No person answered the phone and there was no reception office. A very poor experience and we had to find alternative accommodation. "
