"The staff were great but would not help with luggage. Considering I’m disabled and am not allowed to lift anything heavy they still would not help with luggage. Room was fine and clean however air conditioner extremely noisy and blew on us the whole night. Had to go to pharmacy to get meds for neck. Toilet ran the whole night so not much sleep. For the price I believe it could have been better."

"Nice and clean hotel. Very "Austin" decor. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is free. Only inconvenience was the gate on Live Oak is locked at night so you have to enter from the freeway entrance."
