Valet and doorman greeted us with a smile and remembered our name each time we left and returned! Wait staff in the dining rooms were so friendly and very attentive. Beautifully decorated for Christmas!

Amazing stay. Excellent staff. Beautiful room.

This hotel is superb , the staff were excellent form arrival to departure and there was nothing they wouldn’t do.

What a wonderful hotel! The staff were great and they are on hand to help you with whatever you need. Stefi our personal executive was amazing! When you scan the QR code in the room you can pick your method of how you communicate with the team and for me this was WhatsApp. It was great. The team were responsive and answered every query I had. The wellness floors are also lovely. During our stay we used the gym and also went to the spa. The rooftop bar has nice views of the city. First time staying at the OWO and I have to say it did not disappoint

Staff all attentive and friendly. Spotlessly clean great location. Jahena on reception was excellent

Best hotel in London, will always be a returning guest.

Everything was perfect. Clean and nicely decorated hotel with good quality amenities, toiletries and in room facilities. Food was lovely and there was a good pool and gym. They put some nice treats in the room for my birthday. The service was outstanding and made the stay special.

Great welcoming staff and an amazing hotel. What a view!

We enjoyed our stay at the Haymarket Hotel so much last year that we returned again this year. The staff are amazing. Very friendly, helpful and highly professional. The decor is stunning. The hotel has a lovely light colourful ambience about it giving it a relaxing and refreshing atmosphere. The location is perfect for sightseeing, shows and dining out. But our favourite thing was going for a pre breakfast jog along the Mall, now that was really special.

The Connaught was a lovely experience, of a true London traditional hotel. Couldn't fault our stay. Facilities great incl pool spa area. Location perfect for new bond st /mayfair area

We stay at The Lanesborough regularly when visiting London. This was our second Christmas stay and we have already booked for 2024 because this hotel is wonderful. The staff are all incredible and make you feel so special.

We stayed for the theatre. It was really great for location with everything within walking distance. Room was lovely and clean and shower hot. Good bar downstairs with comfortable seating to relax

We have had the most wonderful stay. All the staff are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you we hope to return in the future

We were put in the smallest and most claustrophobic room I have ever stayed in which was very disappointing. It had dark wood panelling and slopped walls and was overall very dark and dreary. Apart from the bed it wasn't a...

Great hotel! Pleasant stay

Hotel was perfect

The hotel is very clean and well designed (although the lifts can be a bit frustrating at times). However, the stand out feature is the service. The doormen, the reception, the concierge and the cleaning staff are all exceptionally helpful and polite, making you feel so welcome all the time.

Beautiful place.. amazing staff and beautiful piano bar too boot!
