"We loved staying here on our first trip to Kingston! All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and super welcoming. We’d stay here again and highly recommend!"
"Lovely room, great service, very welcoming. Only downside was having to share breakfast with a very large group of wedding guests. I’ll visit again though. "
"Normally stay in major chain hotels while on business , however I will be staying here again , excellent all round special mention for the food and staff."

"Lovely hotel. Most of staff very nice and welcoming. However the lady who was on reception Saturday afternoon/evening was quite rude. When i asked for some more tiny milks the receptionist asked sternly " Why! Isnt 4 enough?" I replied "No, as i use 2 per drink as they are only small." She then glared at me before storming off and returning with cupped handful of milks which she then thrust into my hands. Never encountered that before at any hotel."

If you want a hotel that balances convenience, walkability, and a decent standard of clean, Mercure London Earls Court is a good bet. It’s well-situated for transport, offers enough nearby amenities to avoid needing a car, and the hotel itself gets good marks for cleanliness. Just go in with realistic expectations about occasional issues (like water pressure) and take usual city-precautions, especially at night or in quieter side streets."
"This place is a steal given the prices of hotels in London. Walkable to the underground station and restaurants as well. The room though is small and of course, no elevator but expected that since this is an old Victorian house. "
