The hotel was very clean. Staff are very friendly. Good value for money considering the Premier Inn down the road was almost 40% more and isn’t any better. Shower worked well, bed was comfy. And it’s close to Southgate station and lots of shops and restaurants close by. My only criticism was that the pillows were a bit too big for me, but that’s a personal preference. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

Lovely quirky hotel. Corridors are a bit of a labyrinth and quite dated but hotel is in a great location, close to tube, and is very friendly, clean and comfortable. Superior room was very spacious. Breakfast was great. Lovely old furniture and paintings added character.

Nice and easy check in, we reserved a space in the car park which was 100 metres away, even after check out we could leave it there until 1:00pm which enabled us to take a short walk to the shopping centre. The room was comfortable and well equipped with ironing board, on return from an event we used the restaurant not arriving until 10:00pm and although it shuts at 10:00pm they were happy to seat us, it’s an Indian restaurant and the food and service was excellent. Welcomed by reception team, room clean, comfortable and cosy. Great shower with l’occtane toiletries. Coffee machine, hairdryer, iron etc all in room. Parking available on site at extra cost but no spaces so we had to park on nearby road . Great stay overall

We were so pleasantly surprised by how great this hotel was. The atmosphere is great, the rooms are lovely, and the staff were super nice, particularly Qasim on the check-in desk who instantly gave a great impression of the hotel and its staff. The location also worked great for us, close to all locations of interest and associated public transport. Great looking hotel, good sized rooms for the price in a great location

Our stay at The Westminster was fabulous. The room was great and the staff vent above and beyond, especially VJ in the concierge team.

Property was very clean and easily accessible by public transport. Great location and friendly staff.

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

Check in was 2.00pm, however, we arrived at 11.30am to drop our bags off and we're invited to check in to our room, which was amazing. The room was pristinely clean and modern and everything looked brand new. Service was excellent, staff extremely helpful and polite. Would definitely return. Was in an exceptional location for everything.
