"Nice hotel, well located. Close to tube & shops for water/snacks. Staff helpful & welcoming. Didn’t try the food. My room was clean & bed comfy but I opted for a single & it was a very small room. Safe would not open because of how it was drilled into the cabinet. It was a very practical & safe place to stay & happy to recommend it."

"Great location, but I was put in a bit of a shoebox of a room. Not sure if all the rooms are like that. But I have hotels.com VIP status, and neither was it recognized nor did I get offered an upgrade (which should be automatic). The hotel is clean, which is good. But it’s really more like a four star posing as a five star."

"Paul at the front desk checked us in and he was very kind in getting us in a room after our long journey to London! We also had an issue where I plugged an iron in to the wrong outlet and it killed the electric in the room. They use WhatsApp as a method of communication. Within minutes of me texting...someone was at our door and reset the power."

"Amazing place! The staff were all super kind & very helpful. They went above & beyond by delivering complimentary birthday cake & a card to our room to make his day special. I am so grateful to them for that! Everything was perfect! Room was clean, amenities were lovely, and breakfast was delicious!"
