"One of the biggest problems on the trip was that my room wasn’t ready on time. It said check in after 4, we got there even later. We didn’t get into the room until 830. This was difficult when traveling all day with 3 kids. They gave us our water park passes, but we had to search through all of our things to get bathing suits. Then had to change in the locker room. This may be okay for some, not for me. Room was recently updated, however it was poorly done. We had a family room, which was two adjoining rooms. This wouldn’t have been an issue, but one of the adjoining doors wouldn’t open. We had to call twice to get it fixed and had to wait 20 min. Again, when traveling with little ones this was hard, especially at bedtime. The rest of the resort felt dirty. Cleaning staff would come in to make the beds and refill the towels, but that was it. We had to call maintenance to fix one of the sinks as it was leaking. The water park was great, the heated pool was even better. Overall, really disappointed."

"Clean but very dated facility. Rooms have low 8' ceilings with popcorn finish, nothing updated in last 30 years. Beds and pillows are okay for a short stay. Outdoor entrance to the room equals low security. A lot of road noise. Buffet food is mediocre at best, and expensive. Eat elsewhere. This is a budget tourist hotel complex, not a resort or for business travelers."

"The hotel staff were exceptionally courteous and accommodating. While the property itself is not in a state of disrepair, the photographs provided a misleading impression. It would benefit from cosmetic enhancements, particularly in the landscaping and surrounding flora. The elevators were intermittently operational, and the initial room I was allocated was immaculate, but it emanated a musty odor reminiscent of an old, damp basement, located on the third floor. I was subsequently provided with a replacement room, but I felt as though I had inconvenienced the front desk clerk. No apologies were offered, and I was simply handed a new room key. The breakfast was of average quality. The setup was clean, and the staff diligently maintained its freshness. "
