From the drive into the entrance of the resort property we knew this was going to be a good one. Check in was easy and pleasant. Plenty of parking immediately outside our building with shaded spots. One bed suite was absolutely fabulous, newly renovated with a view over the golf course. Kitchen had everything we needed for our stay and washing up liquid/dishwasher tablets were constantly stocked up. Bathroom was spacious and shower room was fab. Handy to have extra little room in bathroom too...

We had a great stay at the Sheraton. We had a great room. However we had a restricted view on the 3rd floor. We did request a room on a high floor and if I returned to the Sheraton which is highly likely I would insist on a higher floor. Everything about the complex we loved and all the staff were so welcoming and friendly and always took time to have a small conversation with us. Great stay and trolley stop at the front gate which services I drive going to both outlets and sea world.

Everything was amazing and such helpful staff arranged a gf breakfast. Thank you very much for having us. Highly recommended.

Family friendly. Secure and safe. We had the two bedroom (sleeps 4) ground floor apartment with balcony over looking a pond. It was quiet, very spacious, and clean. Two bathrooms and a great kitchen. Only one teenie tiny downside the TV was a bit basic; appreciate not there for that, but with two boys tired after a day at Disney, a TV with at least a TV guide of what’s on on what channels would have been really useful.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the Point and had an excellent experience again, the location is great for Universal, the staff are friendly, the suites are a great size, balcony is a great addition, would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay near Universal Studios

This was our 3rd visit to Sabal Palms for us it’s a bit of a home from home very close to Disney. In terms of things we love: - brilliant proximity to Disney - spacious apartments perfect for a family - fully equipped kitchen helps to keep cost down - Dad loves the golf - small, quiet resort with a pool that we haven’t yet seen busy Things to be aware of: - this is around the back of the massive hotel, there is currently work happening on the internal roads and so it’s a bit haphazard at...

Great facilities and extras. Good location. No obvious reason to find fault at all.

I have stayed here many times over 20 years - its a wonderful property in a great location. However I am concerned that there is a lot of construction happening next door and the suite on this last visit did seem like it needed updating. I love the hot tubs in the suite but it did have a tide mark - they are very difficult to clean properly.

Beautiful 2 bedroom apartments in a great location. Spacious and well fitted, the apartment was just what we needed. Enclosed balcony with a view across the golf course was practical and pleasant. Having 2 bathrooms was a bonus, as was the washing and drying machines. We didn’t go to the main Marriott resort, but the local facilities were well maintained. Nice to spend early evening in pool without any children. Resort conveniently 10 minutes from Disney parks and other local restaurants and...

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The suite was perfect for my needs including a kitchen area, a living room, a nice balcony and even a washing machine and dryer. Even though the hotel is huge I didn’t feel it was during my stay. Based on the spacious pool areas it never felt crowded. The only downside to my stay was the barriers I felt were put in my way upon check in. I’d just arrived from the YK after a long flight and I was tired and just wanted to check in and go to my room to relax but...

Fantastic property just off International drive, minutes from the premium outlets. We had a two bedroom apartment which was lovely inside. Very new furniture and very clean. Our view of the pool and lazy river was great. Grounds were fantastic too. Really couldn't complain about anything. Check was nice and smooth. We dealt with Sterling and he was really funny and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We really cannot fault the hotel and staff during our two week stay. We went October/November so at then end of the season, therefore the hotel was only at 25% capacity, however the style and standard of the accomodation was excellent, we would definitely reccomend it and would stay there again without reservation. Our only tiny gripe (and this is pedantic) is that it is placed a little out of the main area. However, everything is within 20 to 25 minutes drive. We also felt that the security...

Great apartments, perfect for families exploring Universal and the wider Orlando area.

Front desk and concierge staff were very friendly and efficient. Suites were large and comfortable. Shuttle to Epcot was non-stop and as quick as a taxi, then transfer to buses or monorail for the other Disney parks. About 20 minutes to Epcot entrance, 40 minutes to Hollywood Studios, 45 minutes to Animal Kingdom, 50 minutes to Magic Kingdom. Shuttle to Universal Studios stopped at other hotels along the way. Service at the cafe wasn't particularly quick, but the food was freshly...

Superb villa for our family. Good location and conveniently situated near the parks.

Really lovely accommodation. Poor communication as everything is self check in and organised. Unable to contact staff on app as not working at the time. TV did not work.

Me and my Girlfriend had a wonderful 10 nights at the BearFoot Suites. Located close to Old Town and within driving distance from the main theme parks, this was an ideal location for us to book, and they didn't disapoint either. Staff always willing to help, the apartments are massive, and we only had a one bedroom apartment too. They are well maintained and full of everything you would need. Free Wifi too which is good. The pool was heated, so was lovely. The overall experience of staying was...
